Mezze Boards For a Holiday Treat

The Mezze Board

The countries that border the Mediterranean Sea all have one thing in common- They all produce delicious ingredients from the fertile deltas and waters. I call the dishes from this area the “Cuisine of the Sun” The Appetizer “Mezze” board from that area of the world tastes like no other region, the flavors are distinct and delicious. Here are a few of my favorite ingredients to guide you that would match nicely in taste and texture. I challenge you to do some fridge and pantry foraging to come up with some tastes that would make it amazing and easy to put together.
